June 16 - Are you or the kids into wizards and other-worldly things? Join a variety of businesses and organizations as they suit up for a fun celebration of wizards! Games, contests, hunts, food and photo opportunities bring together an exciting event you don’t want to miss!

2. Brickworld Chicago 2018 - LEGO Exposition
June 16 & 17 - LEGO enthusiasts of all ages will be wowed by the 100,000 square feet of creations and displays in Schaumburg! With interactive play areas, robot battles, and more LEGO fun, families are sure to be inspired! DUPLO will also be around to keep every family member engaged in the exciting world of LEGO! 3. Annual Picnic and Fireworks
June 30- Fireworks are one of the best parts of summer, head out to Central Park for the annual picnic ending in a great show!

4. Movie in the Park
June 2- Despicable Me 3 will be playing out in the park, grab a blanket and lay under the stars to watch a flick with the family! Concessions will be available for purchase, but the event itself is free! Can’t make the 4th? Our full list of outdoor movies publishes on Thursday!

5. Children’s Play Time at MAC
June 8- Children age 10 and younger can enjoy the water without the big kids around! Limited early hours get those early risers out to enjoy the fun just in time for morning naps! Find all our Tot Swim Hours with a schedule on Wednesday!

6. Playground Tour- Barrington
June 7- Our signature event series is back and we can’t wait to party in the parks with you! Our first stop is in Barrington at Citizen’s Park! We’ve got great snacks from GoGo squeeZ, fun activities and new toy sponsors. Be sure to stay the whole time to be entered to win a Yvolution Scooter!

7. Garden Market at Elawa Farm
June 8- Local produce abounds from Elawa Farm and is available at the garden market. Come for farm-fresh veggies and discover other local vendors during your day out! Find all the markets with a printable calendar that has them listed by day of the week!

8. Libertyville Days Festival
June 14-17- This festival has it all — from food to parades, to fun vendors and activities. There are carnival rides for the whole crew and plenty of great places to explore in downtown Libertyville.

9. Long Grove Strawberry Festival
June 22-24 - Offering music, food, activities and vendors, this strawberry-themed festival is geared toward the whole family. Get outside in the beautiful weather and enjoy all things strawberry!

10. Mundelein Community Days
June 28-July 1 - Every element of a ‘”community days” event is thrown into Mundelein’s festival including food, carnival rides, and even pageants! Pack your days from morning to night with great music, games and more! And of course, the celebration ends with spectacular fireworks on Sunday night!

The exhibit hall is a stroller friendly space with plenty of parking outside the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center. The elaborate displays stay safely behind roped areas where curious kids can look without touching. And there are lots of new products to explore.
