10:00 a.m. Cook Library’s Touch the Truck Days, Cook Park
{Libertyville} The Village is letting us close Church Street for two hours so you and your young ones can explore community service vehicles and meet their friendly drivers. Climb aboard a fire truck, a high-reaching cherry picker, the library’s own Bookmobile, and more. Also plan to visit Pumpkin Fest in Cook Park, sponsored by the Junior Woman’s Club of Libertyville and our local Rotary Clubs. Drop in. Touch-a-Truck goes until Noon, Pumpkin fest goes until 2:00 p.m. Contact the library at 847-362-2330 for more information.

11:00 a.m. LEGO Master Build Event, Gurnee Mills
{Gurnee} LEGO enthusiasts are invited to create city and landscape scenes, which will be used to fill in a 25’ x 25’ map of the United States.
