Several area schools are closed today. Please take every precaution if you decide to head out today for “Snow Day Adventures.” We’ve scoured our sources this morning to compile these activities available today for school-age children and siblings. If we missed something, leave a comment to share!

Many area businesses and organizations that cater to kids are staying open, offering extended hours or even specials to help you keep the kids occupied. If you’ve got to get out of the house, drive safely, and check out these open hours and/or available specials.
