National Night Out Events in Lake County {2017}

Communities and police departments nationwide are planning family events for National Night Out. These events have fun activities such as outdoor movies, food, car shows and bounce houses. While this may just seem like any fun night out with the family, it actually has a very meaningful purpose. These events are designed to encourage residents to take pride in their communities, build friendships with neighbors, establish partnerships with the local police department, and encourage residents to stand together for one night against local crime, all while having a really fun, free night.
