Farmer’s Markets are more than just something fun to do. It’s an amazing way to meet the local farmers and producers in your area, get the freshest produce around (often picked THAT DAY), and know exactly where your food is coming from. We’ve listed all of the dates and locations for area Farmer’s Markets, and you can even print off our handy guide to tuck in your purse. Now THIS is the way to grocery shop!

  • Grayslake– Center Street in downtown Grayslake, Spring market opens Saturday April 2 and runs through May 21, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; Summer Markets on Wednesdays starting June 1 – September 21, 3:00- 7:00 p.m.; Fall Market begins on Saturdays starting October 1- December 17, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • Glencoe: Chicago Botanic Gardens Farmers Market, 1000 Lake Cook Road, first and third Sundays of the month starting July 17, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Standard parking rates apply.
  • Wadsworth: Wadsworth Park, Near Wadsworth and Delaney Roads, Fridays starting July 15 – September 30, 2:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Editor’s note: We have been informed that Long Grove no longer will be having it’s Sunday market. We’ve removed it from the listings but it is still on the printable, please make note.
