Family Kite Fly

Circle the skies high above Century Park flying a kite! Come on out to this free, family event to support the Illinois Association of Park Districts’ “Flying 4 Kids”program which promotes the sale of Park District license plates that feature a kite design. Proceeds from the sale of kite themed license plates support after school programming. No registration is necessary. Bring your own kite or purchase one at the event for $6. Park at the Century Park Boat Dock Shelter parking lot and walk up to the island picnic shelter.
